Hi, I’m Sarah,
and I’m a personal trainer.
I started teaching fitness as a part-time job while going to college in T.O. to study advertising. That's when I discovered that I had a passion for helping women over 40 fall back in love with life through fitness.
I saw that most women get too busy with life, kids, work, etc. and end up inactive in their later years when their health matters the most. So, I created an approach that makes it SIMPLE to get moving again, even if it’s been decades since your last workout.
Research shows that after 40, your body needs a different approach to fitness than what may have worked before, but the potential is all there! The goal isn’t to fight your age, it’s to embrace it so you can enjoy some of the best years of your life.
