What Is SHi LiFTS?

SHi LiFTS is my 8-week small group strength training membership at Good Energy Studio in Collingwood. Every class is coached live by me. Small groups, personal attention, and real lifts.

We do all the classics: squats, deadlifts, chest press, leg press, pull-ups, and more. This is proper strength training under expert guidance, not random circuits. Every exercise can be scaled to where you are right now.

Do it for your metabolism, your bones, your booty, and your confidence.

What to Expect

Coached Every Rep

I'm on the floor with you the whole time. Watching your form, adjusting your load, making sure you're getting the most out of every set.

Built for Women Over 40

The programming accounts for joints, hormones, energy levels, and the reality of training in a changing body. No cookie-cutter circuits.

Small Groups

You'll know everyone's name. The group is small enough that I can coach you individually while you train with people who get it.

Progressive Programming

8 weeks of structured strength programming. Squats, deadlifts, chest press, leg press, pull-ups, and more. The lifts progress week to week so you keep getting stronger.

Summer Sessions

Three mornings a week from June to October, SHi LiFTS moves outside to the park.
