01 Acceptance of Terms
By visiting goodenergycoach.com, signing up for a free guide, booking a clarity call, or purchasing a program, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or services.
02 Services We Offer
Good Energy Coach offers the following:
- 1:1 coaching through The Healthy Goddess Project
- Group programs including SHi LiFTS, The Little Black Dress Project, and STABiLiZE
- Free guides and resources like Beat The Bloat, Mastering Menopause, and others
- In-person training at our studio in Collingwood, Ontario
- Online coaching available across Canada

The information, programs, recipes, and content on this site are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice and do not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.

04 Payment and Refunds
Pricing
Program prices are listed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of purchase, unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.
Refunds
Due to the digital and personalized nature of our services, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you'd like to discuss a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we'll work it out together.
Subscription and recurring payments
If your program includes recurring payments, you'll be billed on the agreed schedule until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
05 Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, video, guides, recipes, meal plans, workout programs, and program materials, is owned by Sarah Heipel and Good Energy Coach. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may:
- Use program materials for your own personal health and fitness
- Share free guides with friends or family using the original links we provide
You may not:
- Copy, redistribute, resell, or republish any of our paid content
- Share program logins, materials, or recordings with anyone who hasn't paid
- Use our content to train your own products or services
06 User Conduct
When using our site, programs, or any community space we run, you agree not to:
- Misuse the site or attempt to access areas you aren't authorized to use
- Share program logins or materials with non-paying users
- Post abusive, harassing, or harmful content in any community or group setting

Our total liability for any claim arising from a program or service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific program.

We may suspend or end your access to our programs, community spaces, or services if you violate these terms. We may also end services at our discretion in cases of repeated cancellations, payment issues, or behaviour that puts other clients or coaches at risk.

11 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
