Hi, my name is Lindsay and I have been a fitness instructor for 9 years teaching spin, step, bootcamp, aquafit and strength training. I fell in love with step aerobics at 14 years old and knew that the health and wellness industry was my calling. I enjoy reading, hiking, biking, running, camping with my family and thoroughly enjoying an active lifestyle. Our family moved to Collingwood 6 years ago to find a good work life balance, which I believe improves ones well-being and mental health. During the last 2 years I have started personal training and earned my PTS certification through canfit pro. My goal is to create safe and efficient exercises for individuals, while providing the motivation to encourage progress. My objective as a trainer is to assist you in living a healthy balanced lifestyle, while not depriving yourself of things you enjoy. Stay fit and have fun!
