Sarah is a Certified CHEK Institute Level 2 Practitioner and Exercise Coach.

The CHEK Practitioner Program combines an intensive study of human anatomy, biomechanics, nutrition, exercise and weight control.

CHEK Practitioners have to pass rigorous written and practical exams, showing an in-depth understanding of advanced level functional anatomy and kinesiology to prescribe corrective exercise programs for better health and wellness of their clients.

Sarah takes a holistic approach, treating the body as a whole and improving the health of her clients in all areas while achieving results in their desired areas of focus.

Sarah is a CHEK Institute Certified Level 3 Holistic Lifestyle Coach (HLC).

After implementing the HLC guidelines into her own life, Sarah is successfully offering this approach to her clients.

Most chronic diseases take years to develop.

Sarah believes that disease and stress are largely preventable through healthy eating habits, lifestyle management and appropriate types of exercise. Sarah also looks at sleep habits, food quality, stress reduction techniques, exercise and individualized eating plans to improve a client’s health and overall wellness.
