2 cups walnuts

1" ginger

4 cups spinach

1/4 cup tahini

1 lemon, juiced

1 cup mushooms, sliced

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1 Tsp Bragg's soy sauce

2 Tbsp psyllium powder

Process walnuts and ginger with S blade to a finely chopped consistancy. Press into a 10" pie plate. Quickly process remaining ingredients in food processor. Spread into the crust. Top with sliced mushrooms placed in a circular or other appealing design. Let sit, or dehyrate for 1/2 hour before serving.
