Base:

1 cup almonds, ground

1 cup pitted dates, soaked until soft

3 Tbsp cocao powder

-mix in food processor or Vitamix blender until mixture balls together. Press into a small pan (aprox 4x6)

Mint/Cream layer:

1 banana, peeled

1 avocado, pitted

3 Tbsp maple syrup

2-3 drops of Young Living mint essential oil (or baking extract)

pinch sea salt

-blend ingredients together until smooth and pour over base layer. Place in the fridge to chill and set 20+min.

Topping:

3 Tbsp softened coconut oil

3 Tbsp cocao powder

2 Tbsp maple syrup

-stir to combine and pour over chilled mint-cream layer. Place back in the fridge to harden. Ready in 20minutes. Store in the fridge.
