As a body conscious teen, I remember avoiding fats in my diet to the extreme. Twenty years and much education later I now live and share the health and beauty benefits of including raw organic oils like coconut for everyday use...especially for fat loss and maintaining a healthy body weight.

Replacing the fats you now eat with coconut oil may be the wisest decision you can make to lose excess body fat. We often think that the less fat we eat, the better. However, you don't necessarily need to reduce your fat intake, you simply need to choose a fat that is better for you, one that doesn't contribute to weight gain. You can lose unwanted body fat by eating more saturated fat (in the form of coconut oil) and less polyunsaturated fat (processed vegetable oils).

Coconut oil contains short and medium-chain triglycerides (MCT's) that help in burning excess body fat when combined with a healthy diet that avoids refined flour and sugar. Consuming three tablespoons per day is the generally recommended amount for noticing improvements in metabolism/ body tone often as quick as within two weeks. It's my favorite beauty product for skin and hair too! I can say that the phrase "The world's perfect food" is quite accurate. Try it and see for yourself.
